Hi! Not sure where to ask this question. I’m still a newbie so forgive my lack of experience I had ordered from amopure L60, got order 10/28. I did not have it tested yet. A lot of other users reported stinging and burning issues and I had hoped mine might not be but it was. I tried a few times to see if it was user error, but had stinging 3 different times. The first time I reconstituted the tirzepatide I didn’t let the powder come to room temperature before adding bac water. My questions I guess is to more experienced people, I’m wondering if that could be part of the reason for stinging? Initially i reconstituted 60mg with 3ml of bac water. Stinging happened intensively. Later i filtered it twice and still had stinging. Then i add 2ml of bac water and filtered into a new vial, still had stinging but significantly less. Then I left the medication out of the fridge for a day and tried it again and there was no stinging. Wondering if leaving it out was the only reason for no stinging also.

I personally like to let my shot come to room temp to avoid any stinging, But as for Amo, I have no experience with them. I’m certain someone will come along who used/uses them and might have a suggestion.

Nobody really knows what the cause is. I dont think temp is THE factor, but may play a part. I did not have stinging with my L5 kit regardless of temp (did not filter either).

I think if the temp mattered that much wed see a lot more reports of stinging for various other vendors as well. It does seem likely that there is something particular about amos process that some folks are getting a reaction from and amo has not been terribly forthcoming about reasons, just promising that they are "updating their product".

I think its fair to say that if you dont want to risk stinging then you should avoid amo.
