Here to learn as much as I can

The learning curve isn't that bad. Once you learn it is very easy. The biggest problem many of us encounter, myself included, is a new addiction to hoarding peptides. I keep telling myself, I know I don't need more, but it is on sale.
 
I understand and respect the philosophy behind ‘we don’t spoon feed here.’ That said, if you’ve been active on this forum for a long time, it’s not necessary to comment on every post—especially if the question has already been addressed multiple times or you’re not interested in providing constructive help. Sometimes, offering unsolicited commentary can create confusion rather than clarity. It’s more helpful to allow space for those who are genuinely willing to assist.
 
I thought the same thing but didn’t want to say. He wasn’t asking to be spoon fed 🤷 Seen this same comment on a few posts today. If you aren’t interested just move on.

Not spoon feeding is not a philosophy of refusing to help. Applied properly, it's about helping through deeper learning. "Teach a man to fish" yada yada. A lot of people that have been around for a month or two think they are being "helpful" when they aren't. Most questions here don't have simple answers and the ones that do benefit much more from learning the basics over just answering the question directly.

Exactly, how do we expect a baby to learn walking if we do everything?

I know people that were spoon fed their entire life and it's not glamorous, they can't do shit by themselves

Part of that reason is people that thought they were helping them by spoon feeding, well it made it worse

We all know people like that in real life I'm sure

I don't know what you mean. I definitely needed 29 bottles of hospira and.... Way more money than I'm willing to admit worth of farma.

If it feels like an attack on someone’s refusal to “do the research”, then it’s an attack and not helpful. As you say, most questions don’t have simple answers, but for those questions that do have simple answers, let us not be stingy with our knowledge.
 
And as others have said, newbies are treated much better at Stairway to Gray. But most of what I leaned about recon and filtering was from Peptide Test anyway, especially their YouTube channel.

You're welcome to feel however you like about it. There are good reasons the experienced people here respond the way they do wether you understand it or not and you're definitely not going to change our minds about it.
 
It seems some new users will ask a question in a relatively short thread, without absorbing the post(s) before (which would answer their question). It is more shocking than maddening, but I guess it's best to see some queries as like Facebook comments -- easy to ignore.

while this is true and annoying, I don't advocate being rude or mean. (Unless you think saying "read the thread" is mean).

But telling someone "add 1ml and take 15 units" is harmful for many reasons that are not obvious until you've been around for a while.
 
My understanding though is that most newbies aren't even hung up on the recon part compared to vetting vendors. To me, it is much easier to learn recon on Youtube and play with a peptide calculator than to figure out the trustworthiness of SRY, SSA, GYC, PGB, Bfflist, Uther, etc.

In theory, we could all focus on safety and sterility more if were weren't distracted by vendor drama, customs seizures, expired Discord links, BAC water availability, etc. 😀

The thing is that a LOT of new users come from compound and have literally no idea what their dose is other than "25 units"

So they have to learn to recon AND figure out what their dose is.

It... Actually is a little better than it was when I first joined, I think. We get more questions about vendors than how to reconstitute. But I could be biased, I only joined in October and this place has been around since 2023.

I think that's a big part of why the 'old timers' everyone complains about are so.... Snarky. You're coming into a place where you're taking control of your own health, and people have *literally* asked "how much BAC do I add to this 15mg vial to make my dose 25u" but they..... Don't know their dose.

@Cookie11 I'll gladly help with any questions that aren't 'who should I buy from'
