Finally decided to stop lurking and post something.
Had shoulder surgery not long ago (torn labrum) and that kind of forced me into this world. I’m really into CrossFit and boxing, and being stuck without training sucked. I ended up gaining around 15 lbs during recovery - not crazy, but enough to want them gone.

Started BPC-157 + TB-500 about 5 months post-op, kinda kicking myself for not doing it earlier. I think it would've made a big difference.
Now I'm on Retatrutide 2.5 weeks in, down 6 lbs so far. Appetite’s definitely lower, and I feel a bit sharper mentally. No bad sides so far.
Also been using NAD+ and Glutathione decent boost in energy.

Next on my list: Tesamorelin, MOTS-c.
Just ordered Semax and DSIP too, interested to see how they affect focus/sleep.
Not chasing crazy fat loss, just wanna feel good, move well, and get back into solid training rhythm.

Great job on your weight loss, what dosage of Reta have you been using for this weeks. I'm only 1 week in. No weight loss yet. But I'm microdosing, 1 mg 2x/wk.
 
I started with 1.6 mg in week 1, then went up to 2.4 mg for weeks 2 and 3. Just started week 4 today and increased to 3 mg. Lost about 10 lbs so far. Doing tons of activity though.
Hang in there. The first week or two can feel slow, but results usually start to show.
