Hey everyone I am excited to be here! I’ve just discovered this world about 3 months ago and have become obsessed with learning more and more. After working my butt off forever and eating well with little results, then trying Reta and I lose 31 lbs in 4 months I feel great. I love this stuff and want to learn more about peptides!

Welcome! You’re making good progress- are you on anything else or just Reta?
 
I am just on Reta right now. I do plan on adding additional peptides in the future. What about you?
I’m on a stack. Reta 5.5 mg plus glutathione, NAD+, IPA/CJC 1297 no dac, Melanotan 1, GHK-Cu, and BPC 157. I’m not at my notebook so I don’t have all the deets but I’ll look them up. I will say I was only on a GLP for the first year, but I was still learning and hesitant to add to my stack.

I’m on a stack. Reta 5.5 mg plus glutathione, NAD+, IPA/CJC 1297 no dac, Melanotan 1, GHK-Cu, and BPC 157. I’m not at my notebook so I don’t have all the deets but I’ll look them up. I will say I was only on a GLP for the first year, but I was still learning and hesitant to add to my stack.
What dose of Melanotan 1 are you taking?

IPA/mod-grf is a nice approach to GHRP stack. seemed like best route for me when i looked into it. Positive observable sleep enhancement in my past and present research.

The GHK-Cu, glutathione, and NAD+ are of curiosity to me as i have not researched them. Anything you can share?

That's great, congrats! I'm in your boat. not responding to what should and has worked in past. I've been conscious of my diet for many years since working in supplement industry as a young man, and learning to be wary of sugar since then. I fear that an extended stint on antibiotics may have broke or stuck something with my metabolism so looking around in here.

A short round of research with low dose Reta seemed to move the needle so i'm regrouping and making my plan now.
