This is a world that good vendors will dissappear in a moments notice, and bad vendors take their place and try to be good. People here are helpful. Be wary of DMs and people posting as "vendors" that aren't verified here. I have no opinion on them either way, but there's a good amount of vendors that have been tested and used for years to pick from. No reason to try some one nobody has ever heard of for your first go.
