I'm currently struggling with weight loss because I have Hashitoxicosis. I used to take a metformin-based medication for mild insulin resistance - it worked well for me. More recently, I tried tirzepatide, which acted very quickly.
I'm really hoping to find a long-term solution, because unfortunately, calorie deficit and exercise don't seem to work for me anymore like they did 3 years ago. I'm happy to hear any tips or suggestions.
