A few years ago, I was diagnosed with PCOS and labeled pre-diabetic. I knew I had to make some lifestyle changes—and I did! I began rehabilitating my diet by eating more whole, anti-inflammatory foods and starting a sustainable workout routine. I went from 255 to 200 pounds!
However, I've been stuck teetering in the low 200s for about six months now. My phone must have been listening to me complain, because suddenly I started seeing all the GLP-1 ads. I didn’t know anyone personally who was on it, so I started researching... and fell down the rabbit hole of GLP-1s and all the different peptides.
That's how I found all of you wonderful people. I truly appreciate this space and the wealth of knowledge that’s been shared.

Hello! Fellow PCOS “cyster” here. I’ve been on tirz since August and it’s been basically miraculous. Not just the weight loss, but lower inflammation, periods have regulated, related symptoms all but gone.

Welcome! I had pibbles until I got old. Still have a 16 y/o, he is a stroke survivor and has severe heart disease. The vet thinks he will leave me this year, but we shall see. Lost my tripod pit/mastiff mix in 2023. Was planning to downsize to like, Boston-sized, but fostered a pair of half sisters.. both were 40 lbs when I got them, now? One got 6 inches taller at the shoulder and is now 56 lbs. the other is 52, but she’s a potato. I don’t have an online photo album so- https://www.wisdompanel.com/app/s/4sh6pq3
