I don't mean to be rude, but you've made an exceedingly large number of posts on the forum in the past handful of days asking questions that are all answered if you read the forum.
Manufacturing technique is part in parcel with the outcomes of the product - be it purity level, sterility, etc. Bad manufacturing technique is not going to get you a consistently pure and uncontaminated product.
The purity tests don't actually check for sterility though, these are separate tests, and frequently not performed. This is why some people filter their peptides when reconstituting.
I would suggest taking some more time to read through the parts of the forum (and internet in general) that aren't trying to sell you stuff. There's tons of good information on here that will save you a lot of questions, and leave you more informed in general.
