Hi All,

I am 36 yo male looking for guidance on these peps. I ran a cycle of Tesa/ipa and at 2mg tesa/300mg ipa i got my IGF-1 over 500 and z-score to 3.1. I did not get IGF-1 checked prior to starting. I reduced my dosage to 1mg tesa and ran that the duration for the cycle and stayed around IGF 350, 2.0 z score. I have seen many people post HGH is much better than the secretagogues (tesa and cjc) but curious if this would benefit me at all. Would there be any benefit to running HGH and maintaining the same IGF-1 level and 2.0 z score over tesa? Or would tesa be the better and safer option since it can do this on this on its own? I guess my question is, would HGH give any different/better results than tesa if they both get your igf-1 levels to the same place?

Thanks for any input.

It’s past the point of safe if your igf1 levels are 500+ regardless of method

Not going to tell you to do it or not to do it just letting you know that’s potentially acromegaly territory if it’s kept up for long periods of time

To your other question, should you stick with secretagogues or use hgh, you are getting a very strong response already from secretagogues. HGH will give a stronger response and it will save money if you aren’t paying retail price, so you could use it to either get more response or save a few bucks

I also don’t really want you to think that Tesa is any inherently safer than hgh. assuming you compare equivalent doses by measuring igf1 response, they have essentially the exact same risk profile

Yes, after i saw my igf of 500 i lowered my dose. So are you saying I will likely see better results on HGH than tesa, assuming igf-1 levels are maintained the same on the both?

somewhat depends on exactly what you mean when you say “ results” sometimes people take them for different reasons and they work a little bit differently

In the general case, people just want that gh response for its fat loss and muscle building and recovery, and hgh is the real thing, Tesa is just something that causes your body to release a little bit of hgh

Tesa causes elevated gh levels for several hours after injection while hgh will cause elevated gh levels anywhere from 12-24 hours, leading to more area “under the curve” so to speak, which is generally what people want
