I Just Joined!
Hubby and I have been on our GLP1 journey for almost a year. He is down 125lbs - 50 to goal weight. I am down 55lbs and at my goal weight and now working to build muscle! Side perks - After 20 years of non-stop back pain, I am literally pain free thanks to Tirzepatide and its anti-inflammation effects.
