Hello, everyone! Obligatory introduction post. My GLP-1 journey started about a year and a half ago. I had gained a lot of weight while I completed a degree program as an adult. I got my T checked and I was really low, then started TRT. My T levels went up but I felt no progress nor effects. I couldn't get myself motivated to eat right, lift, and do the cardio that I needed to do. The clinic I was with offered Sema at the time, so I thought maybe if I were able to lose some weight I'd feel better. I started taking that and it worked really well for me. I was able to shed about 30 pounds which really helped my motivation and kick-started me back in the gym and doing daily cardio. I weened myself off of Sema for the last few months and dialed in my nutrition so I had a good baseline for a few months before I start cutting. I joined this forum to learn more about the different GLP-1s that are out there now. I did struggle with nausea on Sema and hope that there are now better products out there. My plan is to use Reta during two separate 10-week cuts I have planned over the next 6 months. I need to take just enough to stave off food noise, but not enough that it affects my ability to eat enough protein. I am hoping the Reta helps with energy and lean muscle tissue loss as compared to Sema. If you're still reading, have a great day!
