I Just Joined!
Hi - I'm GSPMamma - The name comes from me having two German Shorthaired Pointer pups. If you're familiar with them, you know that I'm off my rocker for having not one but two of them.
I've been a member here since the end of May...yes it's taken me a while to introduce myself. In my journey I've done A LOT of research and observing. I'm normally a quite person until I feel comfortable in the environment.
My health journey has been a rollercoaster for the past 15 or so years. I used to do long distance running and triathlons. After several injuries I decided it's better to stop the madness and quit training. Each time I became injured I'd rely on food to take the trainings place. This lead to huge fluctuations in my weight. Last January I had enough. I've always been good at the working part so that was never an issue....the food part was my issue. I added Triz from a compounding company in January. That worked until I got tired of spending so much every month, felt like it was making me depressed and I also plateaued in my weight loss. The past 2ish months I've been using Reta. I think I'm finally to the point of getting over my stall...the scale finally moved, a little bit.
I appreciate all the information on here. There's a very limited amount of people that know I've used peptides - like only my husband and two adult children. So there should be no worries about me opening any gates ( ;
