Was super thrilled and had success on Wegovy first 6 months (down 35). Then stalled next 10 months. Switched to Tirz compound and still on the struggle bus. No appetite but min loss. Gonna try Reta 2mg. You think being 60ish is why? I lift weights 2xweek and try to walk often. Not a good water drinker though. Happy to be in this forum!

Welcome! Just a suggestion for your stall, are you tracking calories accurately? And have you tried going a day or two beyond your limit. Like a reset day? Those really help me.
