Hi ! I’m new here.

Just an idea from my experience...

I noticed using my smartwatch that I wake up at night / my "body stress" meter goes up overnight when I become dehydrated. When I wake up, I chug a bottle of water with a bit of electrolytes, then everything returns to normal and I fall asleep again for the rest of the night. I do similar prior to trying to sleep.

This started happening when I began taking Tirzepatide.

I also noticed that since I started this ritual, I no longer need sleep meds 🤷‍♂️

Really …hmmmm. Well of course I cut back on water at night but since I wake at 3 no matter what I shouldn’t be concerned about having to pee. 😂
