Hey there I’m new. I’m a Dad in Denver and I’ve been on Tirz for about 2.5 months. Everything is going okay, don’t have any bad side effects at all but I’m up to 9mg and only lost about 12lbs. I’m 6’6” and weigh 243 (starting weight 255). I work out, I’m a gym rat and I like to eat healthy food but I just can’t deal with being hungry.

Probably need to lose at least another 25lbs minimum but thinking that even if I get to 15mg max dose on Tirz that I still might not be able to get there given that I have such a strong appetite and can still eat tons of food all day long. I want to get to a healthy body fat % and am a big fan of GLP1s but I need to learn more and experiment with some other peptides I think to be able to get there.

And you were less likely anyway to have the dramatic, initial weight loss (in absolute pounds) of someone with obesity.

But if you are having no sides and have
other issues like cholesterol or blood pressure or inflammation in general, going higher with the dose may be worthwhile.

Thanks, yeah for more context my weight loss has been completely stalled for the last 3 weeks or so and I can still eat so much food. I practice high volume eating, and have done so for a while to try to deal with hunger. Breakfast everyday is 16oz non fat Greek yogurt and 16oz strawberries, 2lbs of food 430cals, and I can finish that no problem. Tirz is helpful but just not that powerful for me I guess. I have more of it that I have to finish before I move on to trying Reta after.
 
Younger women respond the most to GLPs, according to the studies. Men, especially the midlife variety, often need greater doses to achieve the same weight loss. But those are just gross generalities.

More than anything, the studies show a strong correlation between dose and loss. So you should lose more weight by raising the dose of tirz. Some of us even take more than 15 mg per week, such as 15 mg every five days.
