I've been learning so much from y'all for a month or so. I'm so thankful. I'm new to this stuff and having real life change due to tirz.
I've been on 15mg of Tirz for about 2 months. And it works great for me. I just seem to go backwards the last 2 days of the week consistently. You didn't state the dosage and how long are you using it. we cannot answer such a vague question 😎
I have learned so much here. Navigating this stuff would've been tough and probably dangerous without these fine people sharing their insights and stories.Welcome! I'm new here too and it's really been helpful learning from everyone so far.
Shortening takes your effective dose over 15mg. That being said, there are Eli Lilly trials currently happening with higher doses, and that’s probably not any riskier than stacking.I've been on 15mg of Tirz for about 2 months. …. My research is going well. But I have a drop off in effectiveness at the 5th day. My question is, to stack or to shorten the week?
I read somewhere here that the new amount for 5 day would be 12.5 MG and I could start there maybe. Part of me thinks I should just be patient, but another side says "full speed ahead"Shortening takes your effective dose over 15mg. Either way, your into “unapproved” territory.
I recently heard about “ghetto Reta” where people add either Survodutide or Mazdutide to Tirzepatide. Both Survo and Maz hit glucagon receptors so then the combo hits the same 3 receptors that Reta does.
The other thing people stack a lot is Cagrilintide.
I haven’t done any of these things… just giving you some things to search for.
