Hi to all!

Pleased to be here!

I’m new on glp1, 8 weeks on trz 2,5mg, good response near 14kgs lighter. I feel much more better than before, calmy and healthy. I would like to keep more muscle, 1/4 of my weight loss was muscle, suggestion will be welcomed. I eat a lot o protein and at the gym I train for strength ans added creatine to my shakes. Well, now I’m a man of 100,4 kgs and 55 years old

Best wishes to all you!

You currently weigh 221lbs and lost 30lbs in two months? That's a LOT!

I would add, at some point you should consider slowing down as my experience is the faster you go the more the body composition is negatively affected.

However i was a good responder and hit every other diet metric to perform well. My first month was fast, because i am obsessive. I lost 21.5 (almost 10 kilos) my second month I lost 10.5lbs ( about 5 kilos) As a rapid responder I went down 30 lbs as well.
I did adjust as I was afraid of going too quickly, my dose did not change but my attitude did and I added a few calories and reduced some activity.
I then set a slower pace. The last 28 weeks i have averaged 2.1 if you include 1st 2 months, but 1.4 the last 20. You are doing great, but consider taking your time, for a better result.

As for the muscle- You will likely consider the diet/supplement pep argument VS. the more advanced version. I cannot speak intelligently about either, but it appears to be a important choice.

Good Work.

He didn't give a starting weight. It read like an algebra question and i wanted to see if I got the right answer. 😁

That being said I agree his is really fast weight loss and at this rate hope I won't be seeing him in the loose skin, turkey neck, hair falling out, saggy ass remedy threads I'm active in soon. (I also lost fast) Hell, I didn't know our faces had labial folds until now and mine are flaps! 😦

There are people here more knowledgeable about Testosterone, but I imagine at your age it will help with preserving and gaining muscle.

In addition to creatine, I also supplement with collagen powder or capsules. I started taking collagen to (hopefully) help prevent skin issues down the road (in addition to topical skin care and, most importantly, losing weight more gradually). But collagen can also help with muscle growth:

Collagen peptides are rich in specific amino acids, such as glycine and proline, which play a vital role in muscle repair and growth. Supplementing with collagen peptides can aid in muscle recovery, reduce exercise-induced joint pain, and enhance athletic performance, making them a popular choice among athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
