I just hit overweight on the BMI scale and figured it would be a good time to post an update, since I'm not sure how many other people are above the 15mg/week threshold and it might be useful info to some. My doctor recently told me I need to start wrapping this up and slowing down. High dose Tirz has powered a 217lb loss (48%) in the last 500 days with very minimal side effects.

I've worked my way up to 15mg of Tirz every 5 days for the last 8 months and Glp1plotter estimates a peak concentration of 28mg in my system. I've messed around with adding reta and cagri in during this stretch for short segments, but I've been unimpressed. Ungodly amounts of Tirz does the trick for me.

In terms of diet, I've been slowly increasing average calories since January from 1500 to 2100 the past two months. Despite this increase, I'm still losing fairly quickly. High carb, moderate protein, low fat plus a day or two of fasting per month is melting this saggy azz.

I'm going to begin slowly increasing the days between shots to see how I handle it. Also, I've lucked out in regards to loose skin, despite the fast loss, and will only need my lower stomach addressed surgically. Not sure if diet/occasional fasting played a role in that, but I thought I would have more loose skin than I do.

@nonyabizznez still married! Booyah! I had to text her to make sure though... haven't seen her in a while

Now that you're out I'm wondering if we got the same probation officer? Also wonder how you're fitting on that 4 wheeler Ava Smith sent you?

Way awesome to hear from you! When I saw your avatar I had to check the date... Sho'nuff!

Congrats on everything!! That's got to be a record of some sort! People are gonna want to know with your steady weightloss what drove your titration schedule? What's your plan for maintenance?

Thanks homie.

I was trying to force that early effortless feeling you get when starting these shots, so that led to quickly increasing doses.

The goal is to completely come off of everything, slowly. But, I'll have medicine on hand just in case this plan doesn't work.

That’s so great. Good work dude.

I’m on 20mg every 7 days. I tried 15 every 5 and even though it might be very similar I find this works better for me in terms of suppression. (Day 7 I def eat more)

My numbers are amazing across the board, off almost all meds and probably coming off the last remnant of bp meds soon. Doctors are blown away and my success changed my primaries view of glp1 I think. (Old school shmuck who wouldn’t prescribe and was not very approving of my choices to go compound and then grey.)

That said, I’m stuck at 285-290 (from 368) and have been for a while.

Summer is here, so trying to take on a little more activity - I’m def too sedentary. Hopefully that will help me get past this plateau. I’d like to see 250 again someday (high school linebacker weight)

As far as “going off” tirz, I’m not sure what I’ll do if and when I reach that day. I think the benefits of these meds go far beyond weight loss. Insulin regulation, heart health, compulsive behaviors, etc

I read back over your post, and I'm intrigued by your diet, and let me say it's because food has been my thing, and my job in the past. I was a caterer and private chef, with emphasis on special diets and creating meals for private clients, mostly low carb/ketogenic, vegetarian.
When you say high carb, do you mean beans/rice/pasta kind of thing? Obviously it worked incredibly well for you!

This's so incredible, congratulations on your weight loss!!

If you don't mind experimenting with your diet for a week or two, try lowering protein and fat while increasing carbs. It took months of doing that before I trusted it was going to produce continuous results for me. Prior to that, I had been so fixated on high protein and keto-ish style diets. Something is up with this style of diet that just works. Either way, good job getting down to the 280s and improving all of your health markers!

Big bowls of fruit, potatoes, baked beans, pasta, rice cakes, corn, and low calorie beads are the main sources of carbs in my diet. It makes up about 65% of my daily calories with protein making up about 25-30% and fat rounding out the last 5-10%. There are a good amount of days where my protein hovers around 50 grams and fat is under 20. I do randomly load up on those macros during cheats or diet breaks though, maybe once a week or so.

It makes sense to me as pescatarian since vegetarian diets are naturally high in carbs with great results for many. It is also similar to the volumetrics diet since veggies, fruit, and other unrefined carbs generally have more volume.

For sure. And white rice, certain vegs and various fruit fibers are prebiotic, feeding very beneficial gut biome which can be lacking or non-existent in overweight people, and which help with weight loss.
With Dwight's calories staying under 2000 he can't be overindulging in carbs. Like I would.

This is a fabulous achievement! Congratulations! Be proud of yourself.☺️

Amazing, love seeing the results and thank you for sharing. 287->179 over the past year. Been doing 10mg tirz/10mg reta every 7 days and has kept the scale moving and no issues. Approaching the end of the weight loss journey and eating more calories and adding weights.

Thanks for this report, DTD - I'm keeping the idea of ungodly amounts of Tirz in my pocket for the future if I need it. I had a bad spot from a range of 8 to 12mg where I thought the magic was gone, but then it came back when I went up to 12.5 and I'm so happy again! 15 every 5 seems like a topper, but also not koo-koo crazy. Anyway, congrats on the crazy amazy results!

So impressive! Congrats on your results. I too ate carbs after 4 months on Tirz. ( rice, macaroni, bread) I make sofrito rice for the week on Sundays to go with our meals during the week, 2 weeks a month. Having a starch cool, and then reheating it is supposed to minimize the effects of the carbs somehow. Not sure if it's true, there's varying info, but I do it now. Congrats again.

It is true! The process makes it a resistant starch, and considerably lower carbs, lower glycemic.
