Awesome forum over here! I joined up after poking around for a bit, always a little skeptical of a community about peptides, especially GLP-1s. What won me over the concerns about safety and using syringe filters, something even I wasn't doing but will start asap.

I've had experience with peptides off and on going back a ways. I use to buy bpc-157 and tb500 from Alibaba before they pulled them off the market place. Then found some reasonable UGR domestic sources woth 3rd party testing. I've been leary to go back to a Cn source but it seems like this is the place to find a trust worthy one.

I'm only on my first vial of Reta atm and wouldn't say I've seen results yet. I started with a μmicro dose of 50mcg 2 days, 100mcg 2days, 150mcg 2days, 200mcg for the last 13days. Using a glp plotter I should be saturated at 1.5mg or 1.7mg, honestly I'm not sure how to interpret the plotter, one of my first questions if if I can't find the answers searching. I chose this ramp up to eliminate any possible side and keep a very close eye on them, I have Gerd and if it flares up life is miserable.

So far I'm not seeing the results I wanted, I plan to hold at 200mcg another week before titrating up. I am trying to lose 35lb, from 214lb, I have experience dieting and exercising. Based on my history/cals/training should be losing about 2lb a week right now and I've just hit that pace this AM after a week of stalling, 209.8lb, we'll see if thay holds up.

Anyways, thanks for having me!

What's up with not respecting what dosage was studied in clinical trials?

Start with their recommendations and adapt IF it does not work. They made the drug and blown billions in R&D, so I think they have a pretty good idea on that

I agree, although I'd have a planned stopping point in the titration schedule once I'm losing weight at the rate I set as my goal ... not simply increasing monthly until intolerable side effects appear, as the official plan seems to be.

The pharma companies want to be able to make increasingly astounding claims -- 75% weight loss in two months!!! -- which are not consistent with a healthy approach. Maybe for diabetics that makes more sense, I don't know.

Thanks for chiming in, ill consideryoir input. I've had great results with IF in the past but I've since adopted a different approach. Every so often I'll do a water fast, anywhere from 2-5 days.

I've read a lot of mixed information on 1x 2x 3x week or eod or e3d or ed. I opted for trying the ed path because I have Gerd, not I'm at risk for getting Gerd, I have it. For me personally preventing a flare up is more important to me than it is to get an extra weight loss boost from Reta.

If I were to move to weekly instead of daily I'd probably work my way there over a few weeks. I don't see myself doing that atm, I'll research, learning never stops afterall. But I'll titrate another 50mcg a day first lol.

I agree, but at least try to keep it weekly, it's been designed specifically for being injected weekly

I think it's important to follow the dosage schedule when you start, not necessarily the titration, unless you stop losing.

Hi🙋🏼‍♀️

You do what’s best for you and your body. If you feel you’ve studied it enough to give another approach a go, do it. Just be mindful that you’re really researching and others may not be able to offer much insight.

I do rando shit all the time, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I may be too devil may care, but oh well.

I hear GERD can be crazy awful, so do you, and f-all to others as long as you know you’re paving your own way.

Right, right. The gerd is no joke. Waking up from in the middle of the night with acid vomit in the back of your throat is no fun at all. So in my case any gerd side effects and I'm done. I do realize I'm in the minority with daily dosing, those that have don't have tons of information it there. As long as I'm seeing progress over what my program would normally do for me and I have NO sides I'm okay being more on my own path.

Next week I plan to add fasted cardio in the AM and I'll keep monitoring my progress, crossing my fingers for some big moves on body fat.

So I did some reading over the weekend and decided I'd give a larger dose a shot. I had 1mg in the am yesterday after skipping Sunday. I'm still not 100% sure I am reading my loading right through the glp1plotter but I should have been around 1.5mg yesterday am. The 200mcg daily reads just above 1mg weekly due plasma.

I didn't have immediate Gerd but I was more sensitive yesterday, a bit more tired as well. However, it's only after 1 day and I wouldn't say it's conclusive.
