Review Details: I reached out to HKMS's "Alan Wen" email on April 25th to make two orders, one from China and one from their US warehouse.

There was a mixup with the US order. I received two kits of DSIP instead of two kits of KPV, shipping was about one week. The rep corrected this and about two weeks later I received the correct peps at no extra charge.

It's worth noting that the communication was very bad, didn't get any tracking numbers in a timely fashion. I was informed that the CN order would take longer than usual, which it did. Maybe their new rep is a better communicator.

Either way, the CN package did arrive many moons later and everything looks good.

Review Details: Reached out to Yulia on 10th of June and placed an order on the 11th from China warehouse. Communication was pretty good and she was easy to talk to.
Got tracking on 12th June.
At one point it appeared that the package was seized and Yulia offered to reship with DHL for $20 extra. Suddenly the parcel passed customs in HK and was on its way to Aus. Yulia refunded the $20.
Package received 01/07/2026, 20 days after ordering. Packaging was adequate and bubble wrap was used.
Overall positive experience and delivery. Will use again but next time DHL from the get go.
