I'm an insulin dependent type 2 diabetic and monjouro etc aren't approved in Spain for diabetics on insulin so my doctor won't prescribe it for me.

I'm doing some research and looking at Retatrutide but have safety concerns around quality and also low blood sugars so reading reading reading.
