How much weight have you lost?

I could not get my last 75 lbs off just with low carb. Took me about 7 months to lose the 75 lbs. Then I went off it for a while, and started to gain back, then went back on tirz, and got off it again. Now I'm on sema, which is a bit more affordable for me. Thinking about trying reta more to get the last 9 lbs off I regained, and then hopefully to get rid of my lifelong asthma. I've read others haven't had to use their asthma inhalers after months of reta.

Have been on tirz for 40 weeks and am down 57lbs. I have been on 10mg for almost 3 months and am still losing but very slowly now. I am almost at goal weight so don’t intend to titrate up.

I did it in stages. Had a duodenal switch in 2001.. lost 120 lbs. kept it off until 2013- gained 50 lbs back from a medication. Started semaglutide in 2022- lost nothing. Switched to tirzepatide- lost 60-ish in 8-10 months but I was exhausted all the time. Switched to Reta, down another 15 lbs or so. I’m 50 lbs from goal..

107lbs in 11 months stacking Tirz and Reta. Strict 1,200 cal / day diet. BMI went from 39 to 21.8. Currently in maintenance for a month. Taking 8mg Reta only. Still experimenting as to maintenance dosage.

I lost 83 pounds in 18 months. Reached my final goal in February and have been in maintenance since. Still working on tweaking the best maintenance plan.

Before glps, I had gained about 50 pounds while getting a masters degree. I work remotely and working from home, then sitting around studying and reading in the evenings for 2 years packed on the weight. I started with compounding for 2-3 months before stumbling upon XCE. I read as much as I could find before making an XCE purchase and the rest is history.
