HOSPIRA changes in availability

In Arizona, they make and sell beer made from recycled water that was formerly dangerous waste water from the Scottsdale municipal water system.
They should up their game by using water from the Palo Verde nuclear reactors, which are fed largely by processed municipal wastewater -- for that extra kick!

I feel like something shady is going on with him. His responses are getting short and I’m starting to have trouble with things shipping when they are supposed to. I’ve got two pending shipments and one that has not even showed up in tracking after more than a week. I’m wondering if this is something the India pharmacies do, where they are great for the first few orders and then once they have your trust they start playing games. Ultimately getting money for things to reship that they knew would never make it to your door.
I'm dealing with that now with one of the IndiaMart vendors I sent money to. Got price quote for item plus shipping to USA. Sent money. Then it hit me up for more shipping because had to send "DHL" (should have known because most send Indian Air Mail). No comms for a week. Then sends me a EMS tracking number out of China because "we have problems with DHL". Chinese customs gets the package and black balls it sending it back to the shipper. Package never made it out of China. Now Indian seller is saying "We complain. Awaiting supplier response".

We complain? I should complain. If I wanted product from China I would have ordered from China. But at this point the Indian has my money, and I'm in for a pound(ing) now.

IndiaMart is way sketch than SSA or SRY, or even LSPL/AVA for that matter. Use with caution.

On Discord, @Peloma posted this link to reliable online pharmacies, but they charge way more than small companies like with Kawal:

True, but in a pinch you can find some obscure stuff...

Yeah, if Kawal ever becomes unavailable, I may just buy from those pharmacy websites for what is not available from China (like from SSA, Uther, or even SRY). I had no problem with Reliable Rx, the sister site of All Day Chemist, which sometimes has less expensive shipping rates.

Another pharmacy website mentioned in this forum is pctzone.ru, which has a limited but interesting selection and a US warehouse.

But from the list, another site that was already on my radar is BGpharmadrugs.to, which "has a minimum order of $93, but has amazingly cheap prices." They have good prices for clenbuterol.

Back in stock at Injection Shop at $9.99. They also sell expired BAC for $4.99. 5% off coupons: GLP1FORUM525 and REMEMBER, which are stackable.

Another "deal" is the recon kits at Underground Supply that include three BAC waters, starting at $36.75 for the no-filter starter kit.

Still out-of-stock at Peptide Test.
They still have some expired BAC. I just snagged five, and the coupon worked. Thanks!

That question is a can of worms.

Per the manufacturer, 28 days.

There are good reasons to think you can safely go for months.

Like with other topics around here, everyone has to find their own way.

My personal preference would be no more than 90 days for weekly use of the BAC (on average, which is about 13 stabs total into the BAC). For closer to 20 stabs into the BAC, no more than 60 days.

From what I gather, most of us do not refrigerate BAC before use. Some will refrigerate after first use, but I would not.

For example:

Store at 20 to 25°C (68 to 77°F). [See USP Controlled Room Temperature.]

So though I obviously store the vials of reconstituted peptides in the fridge, the vial of Hospira BAC water is always at room temperature in a cool, dark place.

I keep it in the fridge after the first piercing
That's not what I was taught in Sunday school, at the Hospira Church of Bacteriostatic Blessings.

I found this compelling:
Here's a table from a paper where different agents plus different pathogens were examined. Most pathogens are being reduced over time, even refrigerated. But look at staph! Over 24 hrs of refrigeration, the population is basically unchanged, wow. And this study used 1.5% BA, even stronger than what we use.

Effect of refrigeration on bactericidal activity of four preserved multiple-dose injectible drug products -- Craig R. Lehmann 1977

Since staph is SO robust in refrigerated BAC, and it is SO common on skin, there may be a good argument here for using gloves as extra insurance against introducing staph contamination -- if we are intending to maximize the safe lifespan of our vials.

That's why Morbius said it's a "can of worms..." The answer floats between follow the guidelines set forth by Pfizer and use it till it starts growing a visible eco system...

The label on the actual Hospira bottles doesn't say anything about storage, which is weird to me. I guess that could be an indication it's not too important.

That's a great piece of data. I'm curious what that trend would do over a week instead of 1 day as that is more relevant to me.

My reason is the BA degrades less over the course of months in the fridge per ptds tests. Also, the needles going into the bac never go into my skin and wiping the stopper with iso kills any staph on the lid just fine.

Or.....we could go crazy and start filtering our BAC water too, at random intervals to surprise any bacteria šŸ˜€
You are filtering your bac water when you filter your peptides... And then you store it ... in the fridge šŸ˜‰

Regarding BA degradation, that's why I like Andy's idea of B-complex for some recon applications since it has 2% benzyl alcohol.

For random single injections, I have used McKesson sterile water for irrigation, and the sterile water for respiratory therapy without any issues. I believe their sterile water ā€œfor injectionā€ requires an Rx or license. For Tirzepatide, I’ve also just done my own ā€œcompoundingā€ using B-Complex ampules that contain BA.
Tell me more about this B-complex, please Mr. Panda...

There are two different medications that I have used.

POLYBCOM is my preferred because I take an injection everyday anyway. I started taking it because B5 has been shown to re-pigment gray hair, and it is slowly working for my 46 year old man mane, but I’m sure if I stop taking it, it will get lighter again. šŸ˜ It contains Thiamine (B1) Riboflavin (B2), Nicotinimide (B3), Pantothenic Acid (B5), Pyridoxine (B6), Biotin (B7), Folic Acid (B9) and B12. It’s in a solution that has 0.9% Benzyl Alcohol.

Another I’ve used is NEUROBION. It contains Nicotinamide (B3) - Pyridoxine (B6), and B12. It also has the 0.9% Benzyl Alcohol.

Each product costs me 50 cents or less per ampule. I get it from India but have seen domestic sourcing that is about 4 times the price.

Because they come in ampules, someone on here with Nursing experience convinced me to use a filter just in case some glass gets in there, so I bought a box of BD Blunt Fill Filter Needles. 100 in a box for $51. I got those from Amazon. You just put the filter onto you barrel and draw the fluid in, then remove the filter and put on your Luer lock needle, remove air and recon your peptide. Or inject your B-Complex.

You can do B injections subcutaneously but they recommend IM. If you’re using for a DIY GLP-1 compound I definitely recommend subcutaneous.

They are in 2ml ampules which makes calculating dose easy for your GLP.

If you are going to take the whole ampule, you will need to get 3ml syringe barrels an hypodermic needles of your preferred size. I order EasyTouch from diamedstore.com

If you are taking B12, you should supplement Potassium, because B vitamins deplete it.

I hope this helps as a starting point. Always do your own research and verify!
