Always used Hospira. I buy in singles or two. Underground or Quacking ducks always have these at reasonable prices. No need to stock.

I filter when I’m not sure about the purity, or when purity can’t be ascertained (for eg Glow or Klow where the tests are only on mass) or with a new vendor. I buy filtering kits from Quacking ducks or Underground supplies. For buying in bulk, you can look at Amsco but 25 Hospiras at once is probably 10x my need at any time.

I have just joined duck’s discord server however it’s by invite only but a telegram group is open. www.quackingducks.store and TG link should be on the top. If you want discord one, DM me - I don’t think they allow it be posted broadly. There’s a lot of good info there so I’d highly recommend and sorta use it as my pep library, along with The Round Table, this forum and Peppys.
