Sterility comes from filtering. But Pyrogen-free is what you should be looking for.Distilled is not sterile.

Medex took it off their site...I will state again as I have in the past that this is likely a brief disruption that will return to "normal" eventually. Part of me really believes that
That does not get rid of any present endotoxins. You'd have to distill it again with depyrogenated vessels and without carrying over aerosols, then test the levels yourself.boil the distilled water
No.Newbie here - Yes, I know I am late to the party, but I am looking for the best price for BAC water. I checked out Medex and it states the following: Due to regulatory requirements, this item can only be shipped to customers who have a valid Medical license on file.
Is there a particular BAC water on this site that does not have this requirement?
Why even bother with that when sterile water for injection is readily available and cheap? Just add the BA to the already sterile water.boil the distilled water
It says $279 for me. Any other remaining hospira water in the market ?Newbie here - Yes, I know I am late to the party, but I am looking for the best price for BAC water. I’m going to start using Brondo. It has what I crave.Hospira nearly tripled overnight a few days ago.
It shows as $222.50 when I look at it, but who’s counting. That’s a huge increase in price. Just about 10 days ago it was $112.00 and a short time before that it was $75.As of today:
AMSCO $250/box of 25
MedShift sold out, no longer taking pre-orders
Medex Supply $95/box of 25 +tax/shipping
I got two cases of it free and used it last injection.Has anyone used Pfizer Injection Bacteriostatic Solution Sodium Chloride green top to reconstitute peps?
Same have a case ,and wondering what peps it work well with due to salt content.I got two cases of it free and used it last injection.
I mean they are both Hospira/Pfizer , but will try and see what happens.I think it should work out just fine. The sodium chloride is compatible with all bodily fluids. That's why I think it should work. Hospira is just the golden standard.
Reta does not like sodium chloride though.I think it should work out just fine. The sodium chloride is compatible with all bodily fluids. That's why I think it should work. Hospira is just the golden standard.
I think it has to do with customers needing a medical license or prescription to purchase.I had just purchased 2 cases of the bac water.
then when i tried to go bac and order some more to just top off my stock. they were like "nah fam, we filling larger orders first"
Think i paid $95 case..
didn't even know what was happening and then i saw everything. luckily i bought the 2. gives me time to wait it out till it stabilizes again.
just gonna look into making own bac water.
seems fairly easy.
but what gives... whats the whole reason why it jumped?
I just applied to get access to a catalog with my RN license. and supply shop is keeping reg price. so.. I'm hoping to stock up if not already found my sources for the benz alcohol, and sterile waters.I think it has to do with customers needing a medical license or prescription to purchase.
That's awesome!!! Did you have to explain anything to them or did they just take ypur license number? I'm asking, because I have a license too. I didn't think of it. I'm excited, now!I just applied to get access to a catalog with my RN license. and supply shop is keeping reg price. so.. True. Hey, I don't know what you're mixing, but @zpped mention that the sodium chloride doesn't mix well with reta. I'm just giving you a heads up.I mean they are both Hospira/Pfizer , but will try and see what happens.
Yeah I know , there's only some that will do well due to the salt content , hopefully I find some more info.True. Hey, I don't know what you're mixing, but @zpped mention that the sodium chloride doesn't mix well with reta. I'm just giving you a heads up.
