hostile-pira BAC water availability

So, I ordered a case from AMSCO on Monday. Last night I received an email asking me "What practice are you in? And what is your business name?" Has this happened to anyone else and what did you tell them. My order still shows as "Processing."

They send it to everyone. You can ignore it. I got my email the day it was delivered and it still showed processing.

Just an update, got my batch of hostile-pira from AMSCO and it has a Jan 2026 expiration date. Shipping was pretty slow and I had to request a tracking number (and ignore the email asking for my business/medical license), but I would definitely do business with them again.

Me too…got mine today with Jan 2026 expiration date. No license asked for but I had an old account from last year…not sure if that’s why’d they didn’t ask.

I've got all my supplies from FarrisLabs, they have BAC water for a reasonable price and shipping is also reasonable too compared to other sites.

They are VERY quick to ship too, I got a tracking number like 2 hours after placing the order (UPS) and they received it a few hours after.

If you are talking about sterility and whether they could give you an infection, the same principles apply. They will however deteriorate faster after reconstituted, though the degree of deterioration is largely overestimated.

Semaglutide for example should still be close to 100% of the initial potency even 120days after reconstitution in the fridge (assuming it's sterile), the estimated potency loss is 1-2%. Around 5-10% after a year. The numbers would be more or less the same for tirz and reta. More sensitive peptides could see a 20-30% potency loss after 120 days.

The main reason for the 28 days is still unintended contamination and "better safe than sorry", contamination can also speed up degradation. So it's best to use vials that you will empty in roughly 4 weeks if you want to stay as safe as possible and retain the maximum potency.
Where did you get this data from?

According to AI the degradation is way more pronounced than that.

Assuming almost perfect handling and storage (without anti-oxydation compound added), we are talking about 20-30% potency loss after 50 days.

it depends on the peptide. We're talking GLP-1s which do not degrade fast.

AI sucks at answering peptide questions btw. Makes more sense to research yourself.

I believe Jano did some testing on reconstituted peps. Can anyone confirm?

Expiration date on an unopened semaglutide pen is around 1-2 years. So I suspect your AI is looking at data for a different peptide 🙂

Yeah but you can't really compare a homemade reconstitution with an unopened pen that's made in lab.

It's not about the actual compound, but the conditions it was made, anybody doing reconstituted Peptides just cannot achieve that shelf life.

They probably put anti-oxydation agent in the pen as well, they are not filled with air containing bacterias, but rather hydrogen, argon, etc.

So for anyone reading this, do not expect your peptide to last even remotely as long as the shelf date you see on a pen that's manufactured in a lab by a multi billion company.

We have to stop the spread of misinformation.

Oh, I did not in any way intend to say that your reconstituted vial is good for 1-2 years 😁

It was just meant as a benchmark for how stable the glp1 peptides are.

In comparison, a hgh pen from Pfizer comes delivered in two parts, powder and liquid - because the shelf life if they produced it reconstituted would be too short.

If you read my earlier post, the 1-2% potency loss after 120days requires perfect conditions.

But the general medical recommendation will always be 28 days, because of the potential for human error.

So claiming that I am spreading misinformation is taking it a bit far - but that’s just my opinion.

My 25pk order two days ago resulted in a medical license inquiry from AMSCO. Going to ignore and hope but asking for the license seems like they might be cracking down more than before? I know they asked what business before but not for a medical license?

They do this with every customer, friend. Do not worry about providing anything. It worried me as well.

Did we ever get agreement on the shelf life of hostile-pira BAC water? I just received my order of a 25 pack of 30 ml vials with exp date of May 2025. How long are these vials REALLY good for? Best place to store? Freezer?

Don't freeze it.

You'll never find agreement over anything here. But here are some well accepted concepts.

Bac is water and benzyl alcohol.
it is extremely shelf stable when not exposed to light/oxygen.
The alcohol doesn't break down into anything dangerous.

My personal line is 4 months after opening. 1 year past expiration unopened. I feel like its probably still very good at this point but its not like its expensive.

I'm not really sure if people think there's a massive shortage... Maybe in early 2023.

Anymore, here's a solid link to Pfizer 30mL… I'm on various boards for other stuff and none of us have issues getting it through MedEx. I've passed this along every chance I get to help people out.

Sure you have to buy 25, $86, but I've got it 25% after so many orders. I bought it $68 last time with a special they were running. I've got quite a bit and I've been buying from these guys for a long time. They've never been "out of stock" 🤷‍♂️

18-24 months unopened kept at proper temps… I'm looking for the link right now to this. National Institute of health published on this.

Thank you all for your responses.
I just received my order from Medex supply (a 25 pack of 30 ml, exactly as you posted, and for that price) and was looking for real-world experiences with shelf life and/or degradation/safety issues.
Not really concerned with real or perceived shortages, I just wanted to stock up on BAC water and be done with it.
This 25 pack could last me 2-3 years, and I'm just wanting to do the right thing.👍

Any issues w/ medex saying "Due to regulatory requirements, this item can only be shipped to customers who have a valid Medical license on file. To add your license information, please click here"

Can you just skip this or are they picky, workaround?

I got the same email (from Amsco) and didn't respond to it. Order was placed and paid for on 9-30. Order on the website says "open". I haven't gotten a shipping notice or any further communication from them since the demand for a medical license. I seriously doubt that an LPN license would satisfy them though. 😆

I ordered BAC water, syringes, sterile drape, and some other things and didn't need to submit any licenses or anything.

They are a small operation and move slowly. My order said it was shipped and delivered on their website, yet I had nothing. I sent customer service an email asking for status and they promptly gave me a tracking number and I had my hostile-pira within a few more days.

Just ordered. Thanks

I just told them to cancel my order. I sent an order to Peptide Shop, paid by Zelle, and already have confirmation that it's being processed. They're more expensive, but none of that multiple medical license requests nonsense to deal with. I need some water soon. I just got my first order of L30 from Amopure (yay!) and I would like to at least constitute and try a few doses before I order more.

AMSCO didn't ask me for any documentation. They sent you multiple requests for your license?

My case eventually showed up. No warning, no tracking number was sent to me. Just a package on my doorstep.

They just asked for my license also. I'll just wait and see if it arrives. No hurry here.
