How are y'all tracking your progress?

Another cool thing that I didn’t realize Shotsy did, custom meds with pharmacokinetics so it can track estimated levels with things other than peptides.

Probably not overly accurate data, but mainly using it to track weight trends and how they correlate with general dosing changes over time.

I've been using the following:

Shotsy to track shot dates and dosage
Wiithings Smart Scale to track weight that is synced to my Google Fit data
MacroFactor to track Macros and Calories

Love having the data available to monitor progress!

I´m tracking mounjaro (Tirz) with Shotsy since 2024. Now I added Reta 4 weeks ago. Is it possible, that Reta remains longer on high mgs in your system (the curves look like it)? Is it longer lasting then mounjaro during the 7 days. With mounjaro I loose appetite suppression after 5 days completely.

I use Tracky on IOS, stores daily weight and tracks dose details

I look in the mirror. If I don't hate what I see, that means I'm making good progress. If I open the selfie camera and I like what I see, that means I've achieved my goal.

I love hearing how everyone tracks their stuff!

I use a Renpho scale which integrates with my Health app/Apple watch
I use Cronometer (The paid version - I love the details on micronutrients) also integrates with health app
I use Shottrackr - $4 for the app once, and I can track med levels and shot days, recon of vials and how much is left in each vial, not just for GLPs but all peps-also integrates with health app
Apple watch to track movement, BP, Sleep
I use the Notes app to plan titration and keep benchmark info at a glance, ie weight loss, titration schedule
Lastly, and most best....I use Todoist for keeping all of it organized, and keeping track of my inventory.

^^^I'd need a spreadsheet to keep track of all that stuff. I said it earlier, a spreadsheet and a Renpho scale.

So I track everything.

1. Shots - Notepad plus Apple Health for shot timing and amounts.
2. Renpho Scale - Weight, Body Fat Percentage
3. MyFitnessPal - Every bit of food/drinks
4. Dexa Scans - I do this every 2 months to see changes in Body Composition.
5. Garmin - Workouts - Running & Weightlifting
6. Good Labs - Blood Tests every 2 months.

I will add all of this to ChatGPT to get updates on my health every two months. Am I doing too much? Probably but with it all in place really have to think about it much.

I've been on a consistent dose of Tirz for a year and that's all I take currently. Saturdays are dose days but no real data logging.

I have a Renpho scale and the phone app saves readings of weight and body comp. I weight every Saturday

I use the app Map My Walk to record intentional walks and bike rides. Mostly bike rides, I ride 75+ miles a week.

I wear a RingCon ring and it records my heart data. I've had it for a year, I had an Oura for 5 years before that.
