How do I read a Chromatograph?

Hello all,
I have a grey market peptide order- with a supplied graph. I'm however puzzled (Chemistry was never my strong suit) on how to read it?

Can anyone help break it down- the various parts are pretty hard to understand. I believe it's a HPLC test just before it's simplified? Correct if i'm wrong.

What you got is most likely a in-house test, they're worth nothing.
