I bought this Harbor Freight Apache 3800 for 24.99 on sale to organize all of my supplies. The bottom row has sterile empty vials luer lock syringes and filters. I’m putting a lock on the case and storing it safely away from my kids obviously. It’s extra insurance to make sure they don’t mess with it.

I started out just keeping everything in the fancy Hallandale envelope. Then it migrated to the small drawer in my roll‑top desk. Then I bought three different 100‑packs of syringes (1ml, .5ml, and .3ml), a folder for receipts, all the folded vial boxes, silicone caps, and every alcohol swab they send — which feels like hundreds. Now the entire large bottom drawer of that roll‑top desk is full. And I’ve only been on medication for four months.
By the way, I cannot stand the waste from the individually wrapped wipes and all the packaging. These are my new swabs with way less waste.

My one cabinet in the garage is similar, I'll try and remember to take a picture tomorrow. I have an older Mrs Fields cookies open box the kitcke pantry with about 20 .05 and 1ml syringes, a couple 3ml with 25g for reconning and alcohol wipes for pin day. 72 vials in the garage freezer in containers, and usually 2 vials that I'm using, maybe 2 more if there's not enough for the pins in a Kings 3D box. in the kitchen fridge. Yellows are filters? What brand if you don't mind.

The yellow things are pen needles. They are really small. There are 99 of them in that little drawer. Pens are my new obession and rabbit hole.

WOW!!!!!! I am speechless!!! I thought that I was wild, young and free with my 20 vial waiting for me in my freezer...I have a lot of crust to eat to be at your level!!!!!

Thanks. I don't need another hole to dive into. Do you have filters?

I totally agree, I really didn't need another rabbit hole 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Yes, there are filters in the little drawers, both 13mm and 4mm. I also see now that I have label affixer thingy that I totally forgot about.

I like the harbor freight thinking, but I keep all my supplies in the 30 cal plastic ammo cans and got most all of them during half off sales. I keep what I need for a few vials reconstitution in the US general tool box and take it to the different area for reconstitution. And I can fill it up with supplies from the ammo cans

Pro status!

Look, the weight loss and improved physical and mental health outcomes are great, but let’s get real here. It’s also about the gear baby! 😝

Fellow gear guy here, and taking inspiration from your setup. Looks great 😎

Finally someone using the toolbox for something that makes sense. It’s so impractical but this is 1000% a solid idea. I might need two now😂😂

Lol, I agree 100 % the mini toolbox is less a tool to solve problems and more a tool looking for a problem to solve, but there fun so I got one when they came out with slate gray. No regerts though...

I’ve wanted one but never bought one because I didn’t need it. You have created a need😂😂

Discreet Tupperware flat box tucked in the back of the wine fridge.

Tacklebox on top shelf of one of the bar under counter cabinets, mostly out of sight.

I use the bar countertop as my lab workstation.

I have a hard time with all the waste in general. A bazillion needles and tiny glass vials…

I tell myself that in the grand scheme of things I’m not personally adding anything significant to the problem, given every hospital, spa, etc. That doesn’t mean I don’t wish it created a bit less non-reusable trash.

Blue/Green are Amazon needles only for reconstituting. 23G 1.5" luerlock/slip.
Unless you’re a horse. (I don’t know this for a fact).
I bought some leurlock (maybe 25s?) and it was crazy a) what kind of slot it made in the vial and b) what that would mean for skin.

Very nice for oil based though!
