How many vials do you reconstitute at once?

Just curious , how many vials or rather how many months of meds do you reconstitute at one time?

So as example , say T30, 5mg/week. So one vial , 6 weeks. Would you reconstitute 2 vials every 12 weeks? Or less or more?

I've been doing stuff when I'm ready to use it, but I've so considered the kinda-sorta- @indolent method. Since a 75-day course of KLOW (two GYC vials) takes 24 ml for me (cause I recon it weak to keep from bruising), I've thought about using the last 6ml to recon tirz. At 22 mg/ml, that would get me 132 mg of tirz (about four vials of 30) and last me 16 weeks at an 8 mg dose. I could freeze the vials not in use, and one bottle of bac gets used less than 30 days after it's opened (assume I recon the first vial of KLOW and the tirz on the first recon, then the second vial of KLOW to use the remainder 38 days later, since KLOW may degrade faster)

(indolent does a kit of tirz at a time and freezes, but that's too much committment for me; what if I switch off tirz and go to reta for years?)

I just do one vial or combine several smaller vials into one. When I was I. Tirz I’d do a 120mg vial and split it into two pen carts and freeze one

One vial at a time since they degrade much faster once reconstituted.

Both my wife are on 6mg Reta right now. I generally recon1 or 2 depending on size. Up to 40mg, I do 2. Anything 50 of 60mg I do 1, as I can get 8 pins on a 50mg, and 10 pins on a 60mg. I'll hold of on the 50 and 60s till last in the event we tirate up. I'm starting to mix 5-6 days before needed it. Someone else mentioned sitting in the BAC a little longer might help with some of the recent toxins issues we've read about lately. No clue if it works.

What really gets me is the BAC water waste. I use 10 mL vials, 3 mL go to Tirz and the rest go to KLOW. That makes KLOW heavily diluted, but that also helps with the injection sting.

Where's the waste in your use? Seems very efficient to me. What did I miss/not comprehend?

For now I'm only researching 2 peps. If I just use the standard 3 mL for each peptide vial, I'd be wasting like half of my bac water vial. By the time I would need to reconstitute again, I doubt the remaining 4 mL of bac water would be good to use.

Its early and no coffee yet...10ml bac water. 3ml to Tirz. I read "heavily diluted" KLOW as at least 3ml. If you recon every 28-30 days, it might be ok to use if you follow good sterile practice, it is properly stored, and the bac water is clear and free of particulate matter.

Safest is to toss after 28-30 days. Some people use theirs for longer. Depends on your comfort level with your own sterile practice and the quality of the bac water.

Even if you toss it, your good health will always be worth more than the tossed product.

Using vendor/ Amazon bac and keeping it reconned for for weeks is asking for trouble. Hospira has been tested to 90 days with no degradation. Other bacs have failed tests for sterility and alcohol content.

Tirz is robust and survives freezing with minor degradation, but why risk your peps? Buy sensible kit sizes and dispose of what you dont use - its pennies!

Aren't you not supposed to refreeze reconstituted tirz?

I am thinking maybe reconsituting 2 30mg vials which would last me about 12 weeks

One vial at a time since they degrade much faster once reconstituted.

So does it degrade a lot faster than when you buy stuff from compounding pharmacies ?

This thread is really making me feel bad about my little holder having some vials almost empty, but some with same compound being full, and not thinking about it so closely. I just think those Jano test show I was too conservative before (now I get bigger amount volumes because they last longer than I thought, I think at least).

On ‘reconstitution day’ I reconstitute enough GLP-1s for a 6 week supply. For TA-1 and Semax, I only reconstitute enough to last one week. Both of which are short term daily cycles.

I’ve run Reta and Sema each for longer than 6 weeks, but sterile techniques become more critical for long term storage. I’d rather have a fresher batch and reconstitute more frequently.

I did 13 today, that was for 2 people though. Should get us well into May though.

Apart from tirz what other reconstituted peps (like ghk-cu, tesa) can be frozen?

I recon when I'm ready to start using. I get mostly 10mg vials so it usually only last one week. SS-31 - I recon 1 vial every 2 days. I prefer that way to keep down on possible bacteria growing in the vials over time.
