How much Mots-c is anyone who is on it taking? And, how frequently are you injecting?

I have been taking 1mg mon-fri and havent noticed much of a difference. Maybe I should of ran ss31 before??
 
5mg every M/W/F morning for the past 2 weeks.

2mg about an hour before the gym. My stamina is much better now. Been doing this for 3 weeks. I can lift more sets and cardio seems much easier.
Not the energy boost you get from caffeine but more long term energy.
 
I posted this elsewhere but it is a mitochondria protocol with info to back up the rationale behind the dosing. I just started week 3.
it is difficult to accept this as being meaningful. Maybe it's just the skeptic in me.
 
I love the Mots feel, I hate the ISR. Mine is not from PGB and when I started at 2.5mg 3x/week, I got ping pong sized lumps that lasted about 4 days. I had to go down on the dose and am now working back up. It's lessened with time, but still a thing for sure.
ping pong ball sized lumps for four days? was your entire abdomen covered in lumps? and you continued injecting this? I'd be freaking out. from one lump.
 
I plan on 2.5 mg Monday ,and Thursdays until 20 mg is gone, then a break for 4 months.
