How to actually place an order? What are typical reply times?

I did. No one saw it and usps claims the GPS shows it was last scanned at my address.so yeah, outta luck. It sucks... I want to reorder but with post office pick up, no home delivery. I wonder if whoever took it even knows what to do with it

It's theoretically possible it was delivered to the wrong address (despite what the GPS says, as I don't know how accurate it may be). But since it's already Thursday, I would be feeling hopeless/resigned too.

You're good here. This technically is a promo for US customers. Don't be surprised if:

*Shipping takes longer than you expected because it's not actually in the US, just headed here from CN.

*They tell you they are sold out (after you pay) but you can spend more to meet CN minimum order quantity (MOQ).

*You don't get a shipping confirmation or any communication past address confirmation.

I use SRY and have no problem with them. The above caveats are par for the course.

So I placed another order with them about a week ago. They said they are out of stock in their USA warehouse. I say okay, I would like to order from China. It's $130 for 10 vials retatrutide. I make the payment and the rep emailing with me says it won't be confirmed until the 6th of May. I say okay and patiently wait for some communication. Yesterday being the 8th, I reach out and ask if there is any update on my order.... and they tell me oh, they forgot to mention that shipping is an additional $45 😩... I make the $45 payment and she says it will take a day or 2 to confirm. So this is where we are now... I asked if it is possible to have it shipped to the post office so I could pick it up because of my bad experience and they say no,it must be to my address.... I've ordered and installed a camera to avoid a repeat of this scenario as I still don't believe the package was stolen by a random theif... It has never happened and I wonder why it had to be this particular order magically missing literally 5 minutes after claimed 'delivery'. Gosh, it's proving to be one hell of a process but l'm still hopeful lol

shipping fee is normal, so nothing wrong there (except the rep not telling you up front). Also the time frame is normal. its a slow process and china has a lot of national holidays.

once you get a tracking number you'll have some options on the delivery.

Yeah it's the time wastage and lack of communication that got me... not the fee itself... definitely an exercise in patience

My vials finally arrived today!!! Yeah the 'fake' tracking code I was given didn't update after address confirmation. I messaged them last week and they said it has departed their facility and on its way to US. I was told that when it gets cleared at US customs, then the tracking info will update... nope, no such thing happened. Literally came home now and found it in my mailbox. So happy this is finally over and I can begin my reta journey. Even though this ended up costing me double because of the first stolen package. Still worth it I hope 💃💃💃

That happens with legit tracking. Sometimes it is just the shipping company just not updating it properly.
