Hey everyone,
I'm building out my longevity/anti-aging stack and want to make sure I'm doing this safely. I'm planning to write down my full list of everything I'm taking—prescriptions, OTC pills, vitamins/supplements, and peptides (like GHK-Cu, Epitalon, MOTS-c, etc. as I add more).
First, does anyone have tips on the best way to cross-check my regimen for potential counter effects, interactions, synergies, or red flags (especially with peptides thrown in, since they're not super mainstream yet)? Should I just plug it all into an AI like Grok/Claude/ChatGPT and ask for a breakdown, or is there a better/more reliable spot online where I can punch in my full list of pills, supps, and peptides to see reactions and warnings as I experiment with adding more peptides to the mix?
Any favorite tools, websites, apps, or databases you guys use for this? (I've seen stuff like Drugs.com, WebMD interaction checker, etc., but not sure how well they handle research peptides.)
Thanks in advance—trying to avoid any dumb mistakes here!
