I’ve taken it for a year. 300mcg daily. Steady wt loss.Hello,
I researched how to cycle AOD 9604 and sources are quite dirffent how how should take it.
What worked well for you?
I would take time off. I posted my ipa/tesa bloodwork in https://glp1forum.com/threads/8-week-ipa-tesa-stack-bloodwork.2258/ along with dexa results. I saw solid response to my IGF-1 levels, reaching the supraphysiological range for my age, but I also saw significant increases in blood glucose and insulin levels.I'm interested as well I've read that aod can be taken 5 days 2 days off indefinitely and wondering if that's correct, also always wondered on the secretagogues such as ipa, sermorelin, and tesa if u take 2 of those for 8 weeks can u take the one u didn't take when u cycle off the other 2 u were taking or do u completely cycle off the secretagogues in general
So are you telling me it wasn’t the AOD and I need to stop using it? I was stacking AOD, MOTS-C and Tirz… recently added BPC-157, CJC1295 and Ipamorelin plus GHK-Cu for loose skin and Selank for anxiety/depression..Gary Wittert, who led the studies on AOD in humans while funded by the company developing it, has publicly stated multiple times that the studies showed no useful effect in humans.

Much ado about nothing: the peptide they say never worked
There is much confusion about the significance of the banned peptide at the centre of the AFL doping scandal - and perhaps that is not so surprising. The company behind AOD-9604 knew back in 2007, after six clinical trials of 925 patients, that the drug had completely failed to treat obesity...www.smh.com.au

It acts on a receptor in rodents that does not work the same in humans, so there's not even a mechanism that makes sense.
"Need" to stop using it is a strong word, but we currently have no evidence of efficacy in humans, and the mechanism we know it works on in rodents does not behave the same way in humans. So are you telling me it wasn’t the AOD and I need to stop using it? Would it be better for me to stop AOD and start hgh? I'm getting itchy red reactions from the AOD the only peptide that has done this. Is there a specific HGH that helps with weight loss and insulin resistance? Food isn't so much my issues as hormone weight gain is. I'm also taking Reta, and Sema(switching to Tirz)Why not take HGH? If you are combining it with GLP-1s your blood glucose will be fine. AOD 9604 is more expensive VS HGH and you get way less out of it, at least in my experience. I've taken about 300 mg of AOD as well, and god knows how much HGH of all kinds from Sero, Genos, QSC, SSA, Yura, Lobster, etc.... HGH can't be beat.
I fell into the trap of using a million things at once, problem is you don’t know what’s doing what. Simplified it to my trt, 4-6ius hgh, and Reta slowly going up over the weeks and months. Just put in mots c to see if it adds to the stack. So are you telling me it wasn’t the AOD and I need to stop using it? You take 36ius a day??? Are you a huge bodybuilder? Wow, what’s that dosage like? So curious.HGH is a 192 chain amino-acid. AOD 9604 is a modified version of the last 16 amino-acids of that chain, responsible for the fat loss properties of HGH. It was modified to contain an amino-acid that extends the half life.
AOD 9604 comes as AOD 9604 Acetate Salt. It has to be combined with a VERY SMALL amount of hydrochorlic acid, and freeze dried, to remove the salt portion. Depending on the freeze drying parameters and amount of hydrocholirc acid used, it will determine how effectively the acetate salt was removed. Perhaps the reaction didn't occur properly and some HCl or Salt is left over giving you the reaction. Don't quote me on this haha.
There is only ONE version of HGH, the 192 chain amino acid. It will effect your blood glucose. The best solution I've found, is short bursts of activity post meal. A 10 minute walk after every meal does wonders for blood glucose, and I don't take small quantities of HGH like most people (I take 36 IUs a day currently).
What do you mean by hormone weight gain?
200 lbs, so not huge, just an idiot. You take 36ius a day??? Are you a huge bodybuilder? Wow, what’s that dosage like? So curious.
Are you recomping like an animal? I’ve been on 4-6ius and I’m starting to look unrecognizable. Are you shredded to the bone?200 lbs, so not huge, just an idiot.
I take it all PM, so just in a coma for like 10 hours. Gotta watch the blood sugar. Cardio, post meal walks, metformin and or berberine and slin if needed. Most guys I talk to run HGH between 9 to 18 ius a day.
