I started at 0.5mg a very low dose and stayed for almost 2 months and lost weight. Eventually hunger feelings came back so I went up to 1mg which I stayed at for 3 weeks and the same happened. I just went directly from 1mg to 2mg which I have been on for 3 weeks, no hunger much but also no weight loss . I try to work out everyday and make sure I have enough protein (which I probably fail that part, but I try) I eat a small breakfast, light lunch and very little dinner (mostly meat or protein shake) ideas?

It is not a plateau on 2mg. Need to know start weight, current weight, height, target weight, age and how long since you started reta. Given the timing and your description of what you are eating I am guessing that you are still losing weight, but variations in fluid balance are making it look like you are not losing weight, but this will sort itself out over the next few weeks . If you are eating the same number of calories per day now as you were when losing weight, then almost certainly that is what is happening. Also why not increase the dose??

cagri, GH secretagogues, cardarin, Aicar, MK-677, Tirze, are all things you can look at for research, but you could try raising the dose of Reta slowly... three weeks is not a long time esp if you dont have too much fat to lose. Either way, you would need your exact numbers...TDEE, calories consumed, etc. I am on 2mg reta now and my weight loss has stalled a wee bit for a few days.

If ur not weighing ur food to the gram and tracking?

What type of car is that? Make?

I started at 102 kilo, and now im 86kilo but thats over a 4 to 5 month period. I lost the most weight in the first month or so. I've been at 86 kilo for about a month. I'm 44 male, 5ft 10inch goal weight 74kilo or 165lbs

What's the question here Bubba? Honestly, I don't track my food grams, protein, calorie, carbs or anything. I do get protein at breakfast, dinner and have a protein shake at lunch.

You have two choices. You can just keep cranking up the dose until you see weight loss. Or you can do it the right way. Track calories, focus on a combination of high protien and lower calorie density foods, do some resistance training and get your steps in and increase dosage as you need to to deal with hunger and help keep the scale moving. I highly recommend the tracking calories part. Most people that stall are eating way more calories then they think they are. If you are not losing weight, you are very likely not eating in a deficit.

Most people do the first (less so around here than in the general population). But, if you get your diet and exercise right you will get better results overall, lose a lot less muscle, and probably not have to dose up nearly as high or as fast. You are also much more likely to maintain the loss long term.

Depends how fat they start. A slight hunger suppression will do a little when it comes to water weight, for instance. But they won't be the next Zyzz at that rate.

I have been on reta since January. Started at 1mg and at 6mg now. I pretty much went up 1mg every 4 weeks. It worked ok at first but I honestly didnt notice a huge difference until after I reached 4mg. I would keep going up until you atleast hit 5-6mg then reassess. I have hit a couple 2 week plateaus and ended up making it through it and losing again.

I personally look at some of these starting doses of .25 and .5 and say, how can that even work? Then saying they've maxed out on 1.5/2mg. No idea where these ideas have come from. No offense to anyone on baby doses.
I started at 1mg and have maxed out at 2mg. I went from 179 to 156 in thirteen weeks. I tried 4mg for one week and had to go back down to 2 because the side effects were too much. My plan is 0.5 or 1mg maintenances forever once I hit my goal of 150. This is my first GLP-1 experience so I'm sure that helps.

Low and slow is good, I also started at 0.5 and every month and a half move up a little if I feel the hunger pains coming back. After 3 or 4 months i'm on 2mg . I will try to stay here or maybe go to 2. 5mg possibly three in a few months if the weight loss slows too much

Believe me when I say, just keep going. I was losing at 2 mg and still went to 3mg after 4 weeks on 2. I lost nothing on a month of 3mg. Maybe 1lb all month, so I switched to 4mg and jeez…. Things changed. Stay the course.

What are you using to keep track of your weight? I like that graph.
