How to store reta

On the forum I read that reta can be kept in the fridge for no more than 21 days after being reconstituted. For someone who has just started and takes 0.5 mg per week, this means having to throw away the entire 4 mg vial when it’s only half used, because after about 3 or 4 injections I’m already close to the end of the month. How do you handle this?
 
I thought it was like 6 weeks and then you adjust for degradation like add 10% to each dose to make up the difference

That's too complicated for me. I used my first vials for up to 10 weeks. I filled the syringe and let the syringe come to room temp, not the vial. I was strict about hygiene, always wiping the top with an alcohol pad, before and after. Then, after a month, I checked the vial before use for cloudiness and for any particulates or floaters. Never had an issue. Peptides are not that fragile and most vendors overfill anyway, so degradation is not going to be an issue within that timeframe.
 
My first vial I think I used for about 10 weeks, until it was empty. Accidently put it in the freezer twice. It was semaglutide. Just looked it was right at 11 weeks. In the feels it felt fine.
 
4 month in and 4 bottles down, first lasted perfectly 6 weeks as i started titration from .5 .

- longer storage times. freezer but in an insulated container of some sort....modern freezer do a cycle to not get frost (the warm up a bit in a cycle). So get a manual defrost freezer or get and insulated container to elimnate FREEZE /THAW cycling ..pretty sure you will be fine for years that way

curious about BAC .....seems like sterile water with % alcohol would be fine for much longer time many months is good storage and sanitation and lack of light werte the protocol .. ill have to dive into that a bit more

The 30-day rule is for labs where they poke the bottle multiple times a day. For personal use, good BAC like Hospira can be used up to 90 days but I throw out the dregs before that. I just keep it in a drawer. I think unknown sources of BAC (Amazon) should be used less than that, but it's a personal choice.

Unopened folks use it for 2 and 3 years past expiration. Opened and jabbing it constantly it will eventually grow bacteria its only .9 of one percent benzoyl alcohol. Reccommended to toss after 28 days (yad think theyd say 30) but i go 90, some go longer but ill just spend another 7 or 8 bucks for another 10ml vial. I use 10ml glass vials i get 3 packs of for 18-24 bucks.
