I am using that guide but I cannot seem to get it to let me purchase any SOL. I have no clue what I am doing wrong.

Buy with PayPal and send to Exodus. Was super simple when I did it.

Do NOT take knowledge from me, though, unless it's VERY easily verified; I got here less than a month before you did, bought WAY too much of WAY too many things, and haven't even been screwed over for the first time yet.
