HPT order question and concern

I got an order from HPT Homopeptide and I have never received it all the same color caps. The rep is reading my messages but not responding. I willsend for testing but I wanted to see if any one else has ordered and received the same thing? Should I be concerned with this order?

That actually looks like pretty nice packaging with the barcodes and what I assume are batch numbers. Looks like a more sophisticated inventory management system than I’m used to seeing. I haven’t run into it, but I’ve seen posts where some well-known vendors only used a single vial cap color for all of their products. You could print some round Nimbot labels on different colored labels for the vial caps as a quick visual differentiation. I’d go ahead and put an individual label on each vial before storing them anyway.

Did you ever get a vendor COA for these products? It didn’t seem like HPT had many last time I checked with them. Most will tell you to test them yourself anyway. I like to at least start with a vendor COA for my calcs.

I did not get COAs. I am sending them for testing and have labeled all of the viles. I do this even with the ones that have colored caps or I will mix them up. It will probably take 3 weeks for testing but I am sending them off today. The rep got back to me and said all the US inventory is white caps. I will update once I get test back.

I didn't know that any vendor sold all their product with the same color of caps! I don't like it.

Thats weird. From the US warehouse? I’ve mostly seen mention of all white caps. The packaging is otherwise decent aside from me being real worried about dropping and mixing them up.

I was talking to HPT yesterday and she gave me a Test Report from Janoshik that was an analysis on 1-10-2025. Check Task Number 55463 with Unique Key Z97IQ72CMMF7. This has a green cap for RT10

Year old tests are useless.

I totally agree. From what I’ve seen on the forum, other vendors seem to do more testing and are better about providing CoAs for their products than HPT.
