HYB, APS, JEEP?

Was wondering if anyone’s had experience with HYB, APS, or JEEP? I’m considering ordering from one of them—my main concern though is that with SRY and SSA gone, the markets too fragmented for test groups to be formed quickly enough. So I’m gonna rely on the group consensus…as risky as that may be. I did buy some r10 from HYBs Canada warehouse recently, but that won’t hold me over forever, it’s also not here yet, so I can’t do a feel test. I was considering GYC too, but they don’t ship to Canada. Only interested in Reta atm.

out of the ones mentioned, I have only used JEEP. I actually got my 2nd order in from them today.

In my experience, Molly (from JEEP) has been smooth to order through. No issues, and she is very communicative.

Jeep seems to be going smooth rn. Slow boat just hit the states so i'll finally get my order next week. Testing happening on the T30s currently.

All 3 seem to be well-tested on STG (if you disregard SSA and SRY). Mix is also gaining testing attraction.

I've dealt with APS. She had a mass loss of product and had to do a reship. I got a message saying the product would need to be resent. She advised that it was a different batch than what was tested. Offered to resend or refund. I choose the resend. Only problem is the test group is only has about 8 people. I would deal with her again. Give her a day to respond and check the dates on the tests.

Jeep have been great. Molly is quick to communicate, and orders come in quickly (though there are a lot of clearly new-to-grey people moaning in the discord that the order they placed 1 day before the holiday hadn't arrived 1 day after it 🙄)

That was driving me crazy. I’ve heard nothing but great things about Kelly and Molly. I can only say how I was treated (awesome) and everything I ordered showed up like it should’ve in a timely manner. I’m fairly new, but it’s common sense. Most these companies let it be known they would resume shipments after the Holiday. Not domestic..Coming from China. Like WTH do these people expect? It’s wild.. and I get the “I don’t want to get scammed” anxiety, but give these companies a chance for ffs before throwing dirt on em!

My first JEEP order arrived this week. Took 12 days, and when i had a tesa vial gelled they offered to replace the kit. Kelly's really helpful so i decided to place a new order for the replacement to be shipped together . Happy with the service recovery. Just mind their tracking never works.


I'm still waiting on a first order from APS. 8 days in and tracking didnt work so i asked and was given a brand new tracking number without any other explanation. Now i am wondering if my shipment was part of the mass loss and is being reshipped.

I ordered from HYB twice, both times I had a good experience. The things I tested came back great. Recently They had their Chinese warehouse shut down but had some stuff in their US warehouse ready to ship.

Put an order in with Yura from HYB this morning. Good communication. Simple transaction. Crypto. Got some Ghood stuff. And never hurts to have an extra kit or two of Reta. Easy part done. I’m assuming it’ll be here in 2-3 weeks. I’ll report back💪
