i don't get why they can't suck out visceral fat

I'd probably wonder the same thing, but I've watched online abdominal surgeries and autopsies. (Weird?)

And the visceral fat is part and parcel of the organs ... it doesn't look like the subcutaneous stuff at all.
 
i watched a tape of them removing a fibroid from my wife. there were big chunks of fat floating around you'd think would be low hanging fruit for removal.

but insurance cos.....

but its fine to hack up someones stomach to do weight loss.

6 months of 2mg a day Tesamorelin will significantly reduce visceral fat. You need to be dieting (with or without a GLP) and/or exercising to put yourself into a calorie deficit or the visceral fat will be replaced by an equivalent amount of subcutaneous fat elsewhere. It's "weight neutral".
