igf 1 lr3 and hgh

ive been on RETA recently for 4 weeks now and really enjoy the slow results. however I been seeing a lot of igf 1 lr3 and hgh and cjc/ipa no dac. hwowever I want to maxamize muscle gains as much as possible Im super new to growth hormone relaseing peptides and I'm curious as to which would be better I see a lot of people say igf1 lr3 is good and hgh but I'm going to do my own research on them but I would like your guys opinion and if you could give me some tips as well. and for some context I am 5'9 177-180lbs and 18

Get your bloods first and foremost.. baseline igf/z, along with your A1C, and know your bg/fbg. You’re young enough secretagogues should work just fine. You really need to be experienced before you mess with any of it.. be in tune with your body, your workouts, and your nutrition. There is no quick instant gratification. At your age you’ll get the most from nutrition and consistency in the gym progressive overloading. 25-30 is when I would start looking into anything exogenous.

If you're not testing your IGF-1 levels (and hormones) before, during, and after, you're just shooting in the dark. You won't know what's normal vs abnormal, or what's working other than by feelz, which are notoriously fickle.

I suspect after you do a lot more research, you may have very different views then now, or maybe hone in on a debatable aspect of it. You haven’t yet, because of all compounds, HGH doesn’t affect natural production long term at all. Your body starts reproducing in like 24-48 hours after stopping. Then there is the dose that would make a difference for an 18 year old, and whether you would want to do that dose. And then there is your bfp, and why that matters a lot. This is something to research a lot before knowing the meaningful questions.
 
IMO IGF1-LR3 is all hype with little actual benefit. It's a pain in the ass to reconstitute and injections are IM in the muscles that were just worked within a certain timeframe. It's all just overcomplicating something that is simple. If you want to know if something is effective at muscle growth or fat shredding, ask yourself if IFBB pros are using it. If not, it probably isn't going to do much. Those guys will risk everything and jump through any hoops if the compound is effective. None of them are using or talking about IGF1-LR3 for a reason. The juice isn't worth the squeeze.

As for the secretagogues, you probably don't need them at your age but their use probably isn't going to do much harm. But there is always going to be risks involved with manipulating hormones, especially at such a young age. I would suggest focusing on getting your diet, gym routine, and recovery 100% locked in before considering peptide therapies or exogenous hormones. You will be amazed at how fast you can recomp and blow up when everything is dialed in.

I have had good experience with cjc w IPA. I sleep very well and wake up feeling rested. The last stack for me

Tirzepatide
CJC1295 w IPA no DAC
