Could anyone help me out? i've managed to change the screen size of this group and have absolutely no idea how or how to undo it, see attached

Have you tried turning it off and on again? 😀

No but seriously which browser is it? Looks a bit like you might have pushed the wrong buttons on the keyboard that zooms in and out

Try the view menu and look for zoom in / zoom out options. You want to zoom in.
