Anyone who posts here frequently here frequently, including me, likes the attention. If we didn't, we wouldn't post as much. Other people are shy. (I'm actually shy in many contexts, just not forums.) It's all good. People are different.

Perhaps the most important thing I learned through my grey research is that, at least for me, injecting mice with GLP-1 drugs, did nothing to help me lose weight. It was only when I started taking the GLP-1 drugs myself that I lost anything.
