Is anyone on a crazy low dose? I can't tell if im a hyper responder or what, 1mg a once a week is feeling like too much. I have to force myself to eat real food usually. Went from 290-230 on tirz, then 230 - 185 on reta in like 15 months. I will never come off glp1s. Reta has me shredded tho, so I guess I will try .75mg a week. Is anyone else seeing similar things? I'm lifting heavy, it used to take 8mg of reta to put me down. Its like it wants me off. Wont let it. Worst part is I'm using 48mg vials.

Maybe you can swap or BST them out?

I am on 1.5mg weekly. Down about 40 in 8 or so weeks. Very active though, workouts / cardio daily. Diet is also dialed in. Used it to come off a bulk.

@SlimReaper when I read your thread title, I thought you were bragging about being really easy-going, not needing too much attention, etc ... Lol
It seems potentially great that you can maintain your weight loss with such a low dose (if you can find the right dosage.) I am not in maintenance yet, so I don't have any experience there.
Congratulations on your weight loss and on getting shredded! 💪

so awesome. 1.5mg weekly so it ends up being like $10 a month lol.

tysm. gl to you.

i said i was gonna be on glp1s forever, but just had my first week off. i do lift 6 days a week no cardio yet. surprisingly there hasnt been any insane hunger, its kinda hard to tell how much an effect reta has on you, granted i was only on .5mg at the end there but that was still enough to give great weight loss. thinking about it, i guess i tapered myself off as opposed to cutting cold turkey. feels good anyways. maybe some others could take from that.

Last Thursday was Christmas. The week between Christmas and New Year's being notorious for highly palatable foods is my guess.

Hardest fast I ever did was Dec 26th through Jan 2nd, even though I'd fasted far longer than that -- it as the constant temptation. If I had GLPs back then, it would have been a breeze.

Remember that these drugs have a half life that exceeds the time between weekly doses. They overlap. It takes longer than 1 week for the effect to taper to zero.

Everything I've read on here, folks don't pour on the milligrams with Reta, the way they do with Tirz. With maybe the exception of them involved in a study.
So how many ml/units in the tube when one pins 2mg or less?

It depends on the amount of BAC. I use this calculator and routinely use .5 and .3 ml syringes for smaller doses. Units are the same. It's just easier to be accurate with smaller doses with smaller syringes.

I understand all that. What is the concentration of the solution you are drawing from? You're welcome to tell me,"none of your business."

My spouse and I are both drawing from a 50mg vial that was reconstituted with 1mL of BAC water. I take 6mg so the dose is .12mL, 2mg would be .04mL in that scenario.

I typically (95% of the time) use 2ml of recon solution for everything that is going sub-q. But that's just me.

I mix mine so 1mg is 10 units. Just easier to remember when doing multiple different products
