Hi, 56M. I'm what they call Skinny Fat. Scale says 170 lbs. At 5' 9' that's OK. But my insulin resistance and lipids are seriously and dangerously off. Even intense exercise (Zone 2 + resistance) as well as low-carb-ish whole food diet made no difference. DOC suggested Zepbound, which I tried and hated even at low doses - insomnia and GI was too much. So I took a break and found Reta. So far, it's been OK but I'm still at low doses and titrating up. Hope to learn from you guys.
