Injectable L-Carnitine, what is the maximum concentration?

I have been using injectable L-Car 600mg/ml for some time now and I really like it. Trying to get a better deal with a new vendor now but a bit insecure about it...

I thought max concentration L-Carnitine was 600mg/ml, and that it was not soluble after that. I'm checking with the vendor and they offer both 600mg/ml and 1200mg/ml and I am skeptical since I have never seen such a concentration. Is there a chance 1200mg/ml could be legit?

I haven’t found any research that shows Max concentration but you could just reconstitute it with 2 mL to make it 600 per ml
