I want to know whether there are any recommended times to inject Reta. I was thinking about doing it in the morning on an empty stomach.
I also read that some people take it every 4–5 days instead of once a week. I’m very curious about this and would like your opinion. Please let me knowwww

Hey - I pin first thing in the morning and take every 4 days, so, for instance, pin Monday then next pin would be Friday.

I prefer before bed because it makes me sleepy a couple hours after injection. Make use of it when already in bed.

I pin in the morning after breakfast. 4mg every 3 days. Keeps the levels high and stable.

I don't have a preferred time. Sometimes it's in the morning, sometimes at night, it doesn't make a difference to me.
Reta for the full-on effect should be dosed once weekly, if you look at glp-1 plotter, you can see the high peaks.
But it just doesn't work for me, so I do it twice per week. It works well. No side effects.

It takes 12 to 48 hours to get to peak blood level after a dose, a lot of individual variation. Given how long it takes to be absorbed it really should make no difference when it is injected, unless you happen to get side effects at a particular time after a dose, which is most likely at that peak blood level, like nausea or skin sensitivity, then you could adjust the timing of doses for least inconvenience or annoyance. Smaller doses more often are mainly if you get side effects, it can help to use smaller more frequent doses or if you find you get extra hungry 4 or 5 or 6 days after a dose as the last dose wears off. Once a week at the same time is usually easier to remember.

and i heard also that eating before pinning is not that good (i heard that after reading smth abt ipamorelin + cjc1295)
