This was sent to me by a new member who can't post in this section yet, and definitely worth a quick read to see just how convoluted the current "QSC" debacle is:

I ordered Reta from QSC back in December 2024. I got a confirmation of this from Tracy, just before they got shut down, but items never shipped.

I recently got in touch and offered to make another order of additional items, provided they would compensate me not in a refund but rather by simply sending the product.

Since the claim is that present sales are going to help compensate those who didn't receive their orders in January, I though this might be a good test of good will. If I get my order, since the price went down, Tracy gets to check my compensation off the list.

The response was no. I was told they will "deal with old order in a few weeks."

Best case scenario, my request just complicates things, and they want to send equivalent crypto back to people for simplicity.

Worst case, it was an exit scam, and this restart is just another run at things, and there will be another exit scam once remaining product is sold off.

Seems weird that qsc is supposedly back open, yet the only product they have is in the old US warehouse. When are they going to have access to chinese warehouses and making new product?

One could reasonably consider them cannon fodder.
Something seems very off about all of this.
I'll believe it's not some sort of exit scam when I see the old orders starting to be refilled. Right now it could very well be Tracy (or whoever runs the US warehouse) selling off all the remaining stock they've been sitting on before they ride off into the sunset. Best case scenario, at the very least it's obvious that Tracy or the Tracy impersonator needs the cash from these sales to hopefully reestablish supplies from China, hence they aren't making anyone that got stiffed "whole" again. A very iffy proposition that can go south quickly.
