Ive got 10mg of semax coming and wanted to check my math. My issue is around the spray.

I ordered the snot bottle many have suggested on amazon that tells the amount per squeeze. They wont be here for a while so i had some other brand sent but no info on how much per shot.

I checked the calculators, pep-pedia didnt have intranasal info but the others i found wanted to know the amount per squirt.

One suggestion was to put 5ml water into bottle and count the squirts to solve. But i wondered is that with a primed bottle?

Is this a risk or are the amounts standardized per squirt?

Thanks in advance

I went with your method and test sprayed the bottle into a capped syringe to measure. Even if it does say how much per spray it can vary between bottles so I would pre test. Test primed as that is how it will be used. Use de ionized or distilled water to make the solution. Boil it first and use sterile practices when handling. You do not want ti introduce an infection in your nasal passages as it can be really bad.

You really want to use sterile saline for your sinus health. The Snoot bottles give 0.1 ml per spray, and should say so in the listing. Always refrigerate your spray. Smaller spray bottle are usually less. I use this IN calculator: https://peptidescalculator.com/intranasal-calculator

I decided to check this out myself. I found a cheap small digital scale accurate to .001g. I'll fill a bottle with saline and spray/weigh/spray/weigh/spray/weigh...... to see just how much saline is dispensed per spray.

Your saying that this page didn't have the protocols?

I actually found an intranasal calc and filled with 5ml and counted the # of spray at empty. The website does the conversion or it’s simple division.
Ended up being 0.13ml per spray and gave a ml to fill suggestion.

I then took pep-pedia dose and split it into half. Left and right nose.

So i used pep-pedia you mentioned for dose and https://intranasal.peprecon.com/ to convert.
