Intro - mid 30's plateaued in weight loss journey

Hello forum peeps. I've basically been overweight my entire life but always involved in athletics. Soccer, Baseball, football, and later weightlifting. Past couple of years been trying to lean down but struggled with diet and appetite control. Overall happy with my current strength development, just stuck hovering at higher body fat percentage consistently. I am quite tall so I've carried the extra body fat fairly ok from a visual perspective but I feel the toll more as I age.

I started my first GLP doses recently. Starting low and slow.

Hoping to learn more from the community here and start contributing also. Been lurking for a little while and decided to take the leap in.
 
I'll post a little more detail incase anyone has advice or is curious.

6' 4" 260 lbs

Dosing .5 mg reta for the first 2 weeks for now. Will see how it goes from there.

Making sure I hit my protein goals and 3x a week weight lifting.
